Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Central Illinois announces Dr. Eileen Setti as New COO

The Board of Directors and CEO of Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Central Illinois has announced Dr. Eileen Setti as the new COO for their non-profit organization, which spans 29 counties across central Illinois.  Former COO, Crystal Kern, has stepped into the CFO position.

 Dr. Setti has over 20 years of experience in the non-for-profit industry, gaining vast experience in nonprofit management. Her passion is teaching nonprofit leaders strategic management skills, developing the capacity, and efficiency of boards, strategic planning, and fund development planning.

Dr. Setti holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Psychology from Eureka College, a master’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Loyola University-Chicago, and a doctorate in Political Science with an emphasis in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management from Northern Illinois University, where her research focused on innovation and capacity building in the nonprofit sector.
