Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Central Illinois announces Crystal Kern as New COO

The Board of Directors and CEO of Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Central Illinois (RMHCCI) has announced Crystal Kern as the new COO for their non-profit organization which spans 29 counties across central Illinois.


Kern has worked in the not-for-profit industry for over fifteen years, gaining experience in finance, human resources, operations, and organizational development. As Chief Operating Officer, Kern is passionate about making sure the daily operations are efficient, effective, and align with our mission and strategic plan. In addition to her professional experience, Kern holds a master’s degree in Accounting from University of Illinois Springfield and a BBA in Accounting from McKendree University.
