Allison Paul, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive leadership experience in health system operations, nursing practice, and patient care. She currently serves as Chief Health Operations Officer at Aunt Martha’s Health and Wellness, where she leads clinical and operational strategy to advance access, quality, and population health outcomes.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Illinois Wesleyan University, her Master of Science in Nursing from St. Francis Medical Center College of Nursing, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rush University College of Nursing. Her prior roles include the Regional Chief Nursing Executive at HSHS, Chief Nursing Officer at HSHS St. John’s Hospital, Executive Director of St. John’s Children’s Hospital, Director of Children’s Care Services, and pediatric staff nurse. In addition, she has contributed to the development of future healthcare professionals as an adjunct faculty member at several respected nursing programs in central Illinois.
Allison is known for her strong, transformative leadership and her ability to drive meaningful organizational change. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives that strengthen colleague engagement and recognition, advance patient safety, and improve the overall patient experience. She joined the board in 2023.
